This weekend is the God Father 2 of ultimate tournaments, Centex. There was talk of power pools and what not but I am glad to see that the TD's have gone back to the original 4 pools of 6 format that we have all come to love and hate. There are a lot of ways I could potentially put together a preview and I thought I would go with what games I am actually going to watch and why.

This is a tough year to seed Nationals, if only because there is so much parity, and so much disparity between how some teams' skill level and their season performance.

I'm angry. If you've ever seen ultimate played competitively, you know that people often celebrate after scoring. Sometimes these celebrations take it way too far, and frankly, it's just annoying.

If you're looking for bracket analysis or predictions, look elsewhere. Match and other blog/rsd luminaries have already covered this stuff in excellent detail.

Phew...after a fairly hectic Saturday, the #1 and #2 teams met in the finals and like what it says on Idaho's hat "The Fish are Biting".
