I think the two posts cover different things. This one is more about the finer points of cutting and how to refine the skill set you have with some further ideas.
The one you linked to is mostly a post about the types of cutters that exist in the game today and how their game works for them.
Yeah they're both about cutting, but I don't think that they're comparable.
