Added a What is RSS page
Things have been a bit quiet around here lately. I added some Amazon adds to ultimate related stuff to try and cover some of the hosting costs. I also added a What is RSS page to try and de-mystify RSS feeds for new users. Hopefully it helps out someone who is confused. As always, comments are appreciated.

I made a change last night to the way headlines link from the homepage. Now when you click on a headline, it should bring you to that stories external link, instead of having to go to the internal BananaCut page, then click again to get to the real content. You can still get to the internal BananaCut page by clicking on the "Discuss/Comments" links.
