One of the biggest ultimate tournaments this summer is also the smallest. Only 7 teams are set to descend on Monroe, WA this weekend but the results will have far reaching implications for Worlds and the UPA series.

So Cal States came and went this weekend and it is nice to see that some elite teams are starting to beat the crap out of each other.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am getting seriously fired up for Nationals this weekend.

Tonight is the eve of the most exciting day in ultimate to date this year. The semis have been played across the country and tomorrow will showcase the 1s and 2s across 7 of 8 regions and we'll get to see who makes the show and who gets a head start on a year's worth of preparation.
